It has one of the largest wine collections in Switzerland with over 9,000 varying vintages, carefully selected by the property's sommeliers over the decades. Our legendary cellar is the best representation of the winemaking in Valais region.

Our property maintains strong connections with the local community which manifests itself in the way we source the produce for our restaurant and in our entertainment programme. We like to surprise our guests by inviting local winemakers and cheesemakers for talks and dinners to share the Swiss tradition.

When you arrive, you will be given information on a full list of extras and activities available to those feeling a little adventurous. You can help yourself to an e-bike when you wish to get out to the village and beyond for sports and excursions.

Among the things to do in the area, there is tennis, hiking, mountaneering, excursions on the glacier. In autumn there is mushroom hunting, a fun way to be out in the nature.
